Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree, high school diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience
  • Experience in valet parking
  • Valid US driver's license
  • 2+ years in a management position
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP
  • Experience with customer service
  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technology proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Duties

  • Establish positive guest relationships through consistent delivery of customer service to all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure
  • Ensure valet attendants provide the highest level of customer service
  • Provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance the team's performance
  • Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout the valet staging area
  • Supervise valet operations and resolve issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager
  • Retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas cautiously
  • Follow all appearance standards including wearing complete, approved pressed uniform
  • Follow all attendance standards as required by scheduling
  • Execute all terms and conditions set forth in the Evolution Parking & Guest Services Handbook and other policies
  • Adhere to site-specific safety and security procedures
  • Maintain clean, neat work environment including ramp, valet desk, wheelchairs, parking area, bell carts, bell closet, trash receptacles, and ash urns
  • Ensure all keys are properly stowed in the key box
  • Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership Developmental Programs
  • Other duties as assigned
