With a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction, Team Ford Lincoln has built a loyal client base in the local area. The dealership prides itself on its knowledgeable and friendly staff who work diligently to ensure every customer receives personalized attention throughout their vehicle ownership journey. As part of the larger Ford and Lincoln family, this establishment benefits from the robust reputation and innovative automotive solutions these brands provide. Team Ford Lincoln offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for team members to grow and succeed within the automotive industry.

The Valet/Porter position at Team Ford Lincoln is a full-time role located within the Service Department. This unique interim position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple facets of the service department’s daily operations. The Valet/Porter is primarily responsible for greeting customers promptly and directing them to available service advisors, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact. Additionally, this role involves maneuvering incoming customer vehicles with care to designated parking areas, maintaining an organized and safe parking lot, and managing the timely pickup and delivery of vehicles after service completion.

In addition to the on-site duties, the Valet/Porter position includes off-site responsibilities such as assisting with vehicle deliveries and performing service valet pickup and delivery functions within the local area. This requires operating loaner vehicles safely and efficiently while upholding the highest standards for customer service and vehicle care. The role demands a high level of organizational skills to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly arranged across the lot. The use of driver applications to verify collection addresses and meet pickup and delivery timelines is an integral part of the position, emphasizing reliability and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic, safety-conscious, and possess excellent customer service skills. They must demonstrate sound judgment and a commitment to following established processes to ensure service quality and safety standards. The position requires being on one’s feet for extended periods of time and a clean driving record accompanied by a valid driver’s license. Candidates must also successfully pass a drug test as well as a background check to be eligible for employment.

Working at Team Ford Lincoln offers a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are valued as essential members of the team.
