Job Duties
- Greeting the incoming customer and directing them to an available advisor in a timely manner
- Parking incoming customer vehicles
- Maintaining an organized parking lot
- Picking up and delivering customer vehicles after service
- Assisting in off-site deliveries of customer vehicles
- Performing service valet pickup and delivery functions within the local area
- Safely operating loaner vehicles during pickup and delivery
- Transporting and organizing vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are fueled and clean
- Verifying collection addresses and using driver apps to meet pickup and delivery timelines
