We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Valet/Guest Service Associates to join our team. This role is integral to delivering our signature 'Aggressive Hospitality,' which emphasizes prompt, proactive, and friendly service that makes every guest feel welcomed and valued. As a Valet/Guest Service Associate, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, representing our brand through your demeanor and service quality. This position involves greeting guests promptly within 30 seconds of arrival, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently while maintaining safety, and providing information and directions to enhance the guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. They should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as running to retrieve cars and carefully driving vehicles in and out of parking areas. Attention to detail concerning appearance, uniforms, and adherence to company standards is essential, as is the ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, hotel staff, and colleagues.
