Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible schedule
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to secure and handle guest keys responsibly
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively outdoors
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to deliver aggressive hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Good physical condition for active duties
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet guests within 30 seconds
- Provide professional, fast, fun and friendly service
- Park and retrieve vehicles
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and co-workers
- Practice AAA Basics
- Immediately secure all keys
- Adhere to all AAA Parking uniform and appearance standards
- Ensure all guest's valet experiences are memorable and unique
- Run fast to retrieve cars
- Drive slow when presenting cars
