We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Valet/Guest Service Associates to join our dynamic team. This role is centered around providing aggressive hospitality — a proactive, friendly approach to guest service that goes beyond typical expectations. The Valet/Guest Service Associate will be the first and last point of contact for guests arriving and departing the hotel. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly within 30 seconds of their arrival, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles promptly, opening doors, and offering useful information and directions to enhance guests’ experience. The position requires individuals to be flexible with their work schedules and prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience and possess exceptional communication skills. They should be energetic, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in fast-paced environments. The role demands maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times, whether interacting with guests, hotel staff, or fellow team members. Valet/Guest Service Associates must adhere strictly to all uniform and appearance standards and practice safety protocols such as immediately securing all keys and following AAA Basics regulations. This role emphasizes speed, safety, and quality service, from running quickly to retrieve vehicles to driving slowly when presenting cars to the guests.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to secure and handle guest keys responsibly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles safely
