Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests properly
- Explain prices and vehicle retrieval procedures clearly to guests
- Open hotel doors and assist with luggage
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and entertainment
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet tickets and conduct vehicle damage checks
- Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Follow safety protocols to ensure the security of guests and vehicles
- Report accidents or incidents to supervisors immediately
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- Exhibit a positive attitude, impeccable grooming, and a genuine desire to assist guests
- Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
