Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Have excellent communication and guest service skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds
- Maintain a friendly, energetic, and well-groomed appearance
- Have prior valet or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests properly
- Explain prices and car retrieval procedures
- Open hotel doors and assist with luggage
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Conduct vehicle damage checks and fill out valet tickets
- Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and efficiently
- Maintain organized and secure key storage
- Keep valet area clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff for smooth guest transitions
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Support colleagues during busy periods and events
- Follow safety protocols and report incidents immediately
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
