Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years old
- valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- ability to parallel park customer vehicles
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- capable of intermittent physical activities such as bending, reaching, climbing stairs
- able to stand and walk long distances
- able to work in indoor and outdoor environments including various weather conditions
- available to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must pass pre-employment drug test
- subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing
- participate in alcohol screenings per DOT and federal regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Greet customers curbside with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- arrive early to station in full uniform and prepared
- perform walk-around inspections of valet area to ensure cleanliness and safety
- check in with supervisor for VIP alerts and special requests
- assist with unloading luggage and provide check-in instructions
- issue valet claim tickets and park vehicles safely
- review flight manifest for VIPs and special assistance needs
