Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Two years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or valet experience preferred
- Ability to effectively address guest and employee concerns
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 100 lbs continuously
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

- Ability to handle guest concerns positively and professionally
- Ability to lift and move luggage weighing up to 100 lbs

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests
- Check in and check out guests
- Effectively resolve challenging guest requests and complaints
- Lift, carry, and load luggage onto bell cart
- Read and match luggage tags and write claim tickets
- Escort guests to their rooms with their items
- Park cars and ensure the hotel front drive is guest-ready at all times
- Remain professional and calm during emergencies and busy periods
- Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
