- Process payment for parking
- Answer telephone calls
- Retrieve car keys for Valet Parking Attendants
- Provide courteous and efficient guest service
- Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records
- Coordinate with valet staff to ensure prompt vehicle delivery
- Assist in resolving guest concerns related to parking
