We are currently seeking a dedicated Valet Parking Cashier to join our Rooms Team at Four Seasons Hotel Austin. This role focuses on providing seamless, courteous, and efficient service, essential to shaping the overall guest experience from arrival to departure. The Valet Parking Cashier serves as an integral part of the team, responsible for processing parking payments, managing telephone interactions, and coordinating with valet attendants to ensure that vehicles are retrieved and returned promptly and securely. This position is not just about handling transactions but creating a courteous, approachable atmosphere that makes each guest feel welcomed and valued.

As a part of the Four Seasons family, the ideal candidate for the Valet Parking Cashier position will bring enthusiasm, a commitment to teamwork, and a genuine passion for service. This role demands flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7 every day of the year. Experience in customer service is preferred to equip the Valet Parking Cashier with the skills necessary to handle guest interactions professionally and with warmth. Moreover, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one to two years experience in a customer service role preferred
  • work authorization in the United States
  • availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

  • support valet attendants during peak times
