The role of Valet Attendant at MacArthur Place is pivotal, serving as one of the first and last points of contact for guests arriving or departing from the hotel. Valet Attendants are responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and facilitating a smooth and welcoming guest arrival and departure process. In addition to vehicle management, Valet Attendants assist guests with luggage delivery to rooms and provide personalized room orientations, highlighting amenities and controls to enhance their stay. Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- previous valet, driving, or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic hospitality
- remain fully present, attentive, and ready at the valet stand or entrance at all times
- respond with urgency to guest arrivals, departures, and requests
- safely park and retrieve vehicles (manual and automatic) following all hotel procedures
- assist with luggage, deliver to rooms, and provide a room orientation highlighting amenities and in-room controls
- anticipate guest needs, elevate concerns, and recommend personalized or enhanced services
