Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience working as a Valet Attendant
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Willingness to undergo Live Scan and Motor Vehicle Report checks
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be comfortable with variable work hours and shifts
  • Ability to handle guest belongings carefully
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support seamless arrivals and departures by collecting keys, issuing claim tickets, and transporting guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas
  • Handle guest belongings with care by assisting with luggage and retrieving items from vehicles upon request
  • Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area to ensure a professional environment
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating guest vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Report any vehicle damage or incidents promptly to management
