Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in customer service or valet parking preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive and professional attitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Open and close vehicle doors for guests
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Handle guests' luggage and personal belongings carefully
- Provide accurate information and assistance to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valet parking area
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation
