Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid California driver’s license
- good driving record
- ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- minimum one-year experience in luxury hospitality as Valet Parking Attendant
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests who arrive by private car and assist guests descending from cars
- issue appropriate valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable
- drive car to hotel or local garage adhering to all traffic regulations and speed limits
- assess any damage to vehicle and note it on claim ticket along with vehicle location when parked
- deposit key and ticket with Valet Cashier
- open hotel doors for all guests and give verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars
- provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving customer complaints
