Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Minimum one year of valet parking experience in luxury hospitality
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle keys safely
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Valid California driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
- At least one year experience as a valet parking attendant in a luxury hospitality setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of local area and attractions
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet guests who arrive by private car and assist guests descending from cars
- Issue appropriate valet parking tickets to guests when Door Staff is unavailable
- Drive car to hotel or local garage adhering to all traffic regulations and speed limits
- Assess any damage to vehicle and note on claim ticket along with parking location
- Deposit key and ticket with Valet Cashier
- Open hotel doors for guests and provide verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving cars
- Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about city attractions
- Handle guest interactions professionally, accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and assist with inquiries about hotel services and events
