Job Description
Towne Park is a distinguished hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences that leave a lasting positive impact on guests, patients, visitors, and colleagues. With a deep-rooted commitment to delivering smiles and personalized service, Towne Park takes pride in being more than just a workplace — it’s a place where every team member plays an essential role in uplifting and brightening someone’s day. The company operates within the hospitality industry, specializing in guest services and parking management at various locations such as hospitals, hotels, and event centers. Towne Park emphasizes a culture of empathy, professionalism, and consistent excellence, which makes it a rewarding and meaningful place to build a career.
Towne Park offers competitive and fair compensation that reflects the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education, and location. For the Guest Service Associate position, hourly pay ranges from $15.16 to $15.85 plus tips, with flexible full-time or part-time work schedules during weekdays. The company also provides an array of benefits including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and the opportunity to enroll in a 401(k) retirement savings plan. While benefits eligibility varies based on job classification, employment length, and hours worked, Towne Park strives to support its employees’ health and financial well-being.
The Guest Service Associate is a pivotal role within Towne Park’s operations, tasked with delivering exemplary hospitality services that combine friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency. This position requires individuals to manage guest vehicle parking and retrieval with safety and caution, assist with luggage handling, and offer support and information to guests throughout their arrival and departure experience. The role fosters positive interpersonal interactions through attentive customer service, greeting guests with respect and warmth, and utilizing personal touches such as using guests’ last names during conversations.
Key responsibilities include explaining parking rates and procedures, issuing claim checks and managing vehicle keys, accurately recording ticket information, and ensuring a smooth flow of parking operations. The job demands vigilance for safety and swift service, while adapting to weather conditions, as much of the work takes place outdoors. It is also a physically engaging role requiring the ability to lift heavy objects, stand or walk for extended periods, and in some cases, operate vehicles with a manual transmission. Towne Park provides reasonable accommodations to support employees with disabilities in effectively performing their duties.
In this role, associates also assist guests by providing information about local amenities, directions, transportation options, and delivering messages or items as requested. The position demands professionalism and clear communication, both in person and over the phone, to ensure that guests receive timely and accurate assistance. Towne Park values associates who demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Joining Towne Park means becoming part of a team that values service excellence and strives to create meaningful and memorable experiences for every individual served. This career path offers growth opportunities in hospitality services, with the chance to make a tangible difference each day. Towne Park’s guest-centric culture and supportive work environment make it an ideal employer for those passionate about customer service and hospitality.
