Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • No more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Customer service attitude and willingness to help
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Exceptional guest service skills with professional communication and active listening
  • Ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing work environments
  • Dependability in maintaining work schedules and completing tasks
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and reporting tips accurately
  • Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
  • Handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
  • Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals, attend required meetings, and complete assigned training modules on time
