Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- No more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Customer service attitude and willingness to help
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Exceptional guest service skills with professional communication and active listening
- Ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing work environments
- Dependability in maintaining work schedules and completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- Maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and reporting tips accurately
- Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable always
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
- Perform other tasks as needed to support operational goals, attend required meetings, and complete assigned training modules on time
