The role of Valet Attendant at Luxor is a frontline position critical to guest satisfaction and operational success. Valet Attendants are often the first and last point of contact for guests, making their role essential in crafting lasting impressions that represent the MGM Resorts brand. This role demands an enthusiastic, courteous, and highly efficient team player who thrives in fast-paced, guest-oriented environments. Valet Attendants are entrusted with the responsibility of greeting guests warmly, managing their vehicles with care, and answering guest inquiries regarding hospitality services. This position offers a starting pay rate of $14.52 per hour plus tips, reflecting the value MGM Resorts places on these essential guest service professionals. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a current valid driver's license or be able to obtain one
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a professional role as a driver

Job Duties
- Warmly greet all arriving guests at the valet entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest's vehicle for their departure
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
- Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth valet operations
