Located at 3400 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA, Reimagined Parking is currently seeking a dedicated Valet Parking Attendant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is essential to maintaining their reputation for high-quality service. The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer interactions throughout the entire valet process. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 and involves varying shifts to accommodate business needs.

As a Valet Parking Attendant at Reimagined Parking, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests. Your role will involve coordinating the full valet service from vehicle arrival to departure, which includes issuing tickets, recording guest information, and managing vehicle placement with care and precision. Safety is paramount; as such, attendants must diligently inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage, maintain the security of all vehicles, and follow company and legal safety protocols. Additionally, you will handle payment collection and assist in reconciling shift revenues.

This position requires strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport with guests and respond swiftly to their needs. Valet attendants also serve as brand ambassadors, representing the company professionally at all times by providing courteous assistance such as opening vehicle doors and helping with luggage. The role demands physical stamina and coordination to operate various vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, and to consistently move throughout the shift.
