The role of valet attendant at Hilton Portland Downtown plays a vital part in the guest experience, serving as the first and last point of contact with visitors arriving and departing by vehicle. The valet attendant is responsible for delivering efficient, courteous, and highly professional service, ensuring that each guest receives personal attention and a seamless parking experience. With an emphasis on safety and speed, this role requires the ability to operate both automatic and manual stick shift vehicles to transport and secure guests’ vehicles in designated parking areas.

- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway

- respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
