Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- prior experience with vehicle operation or valet services preferred
- physical ability to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to follow safety procedures and hotel policies

Job Duties
- greet arriving and departing guests
- manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance
- assist with luggage
- collect keys and issue claim tickets
- transport guest vehicles safely between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas
- read luggage tags and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items
- arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and efficient attitude
