The Valet Attendant role at PMC is pivotal in enhancing the guest experience by offering exceptional customer service while safely and efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles. As the first and last point of contact for guests, Valet Attendants create a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the high standards of PMC and its partners. The primary objective of the Valet Attendant is to provide courteous, efficient, and safe valet services while ensuring the security of all vehicles. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, assisting with vehicle drop-offs and retrievals, managing traffic flow, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and care. Valet Attendants are expected to conduct vehicle inspections, document parking locations, maintain cleanliness in valet areas, and comply with all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and timekeeping.
In addition to technical skills and safety awareness, the role demands exceptional customer service skills, teamwork, and adaptability. Valet Attendants handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly to maintain a high-quality service level. - acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- customer service experience preferred
- customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
- ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance
- ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands effectively
- demonstrate dependability and adhere to safety procedures
- stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
- safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to proper key handling procedures
- follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
- maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips
- keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
- handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
- maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold PMC standards for safe and efficient parking operations
