With a focus on quality and guest satisfaction, Towne Park has built a reputation for creating memorable and positive experiences for guests, visitors, and clients alike, ensuring their time and interactions are as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Towne Park understands the importance of creating opportunities that go beyond just a job; it aims to foster a workplace culture where employees feel valued and have the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.

The Valet Parking Attendant role at Towne Park is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality and customer service to join a reputable company with competitive compensation and potential for growth. This position involves providing friendly, efficient, and professional valet services to guests by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and offering helpful information about parking policies and local amenities. The role requires Monday through Friday availability from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a preference for full-time candidates. Hourly wages start at $11.50, with total earning potential, including cash tips, ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, reflecting Towne Park's commitment to fair and competitive pay.

Valet attendants play a vital role as the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly, using appropriate salutations, and maintaining a professional demeanor. This job combines physical activity with interpersonal skills, requiring attentiveness, safety, and promptness in handling guests' vehicles and requests. The position offers the rewarding experience of brightening someone's day through compassionate service, whether by alleviating stress for patients or creating a welcoming environment for visitors. Towne Park supports employees with benefits including accident and critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity coverage, telemedicine options, and a 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility based on job classification and tenure. Seasonal and temporary roles, however, do not qualify for benefits. Physical demands include the ability to lift heavy loads up to 100 pounds occasionally, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and balance for extended periods.

By joining Towne Park as a Valet Parking Attendant, employees become part of a team that values dedication, professionalism, and the power of a smile. The job is an excellent fit for candidates seeking to build their career in hospitality services while making a tangible difference in the lives of every guest they serve.
