The position of Guest Service Associate/Valet at Towne Park offers a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction. This role involves various responsibilities such as parking and retrieving guest vehicles with safety and promptness, assisting guests with their luggage during arrival and departure, and providing helpful information and support to enhance each guest’s experience. The Guest Service Associate is expected to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor, greet guests warmly, and use guests’ last names to personalize interactions. With working hours ranging between 20 and 24 hours weekly on weekdays, this part-time role suits individuals looking for flexibility. Starting pay is competitive at $15 per hour, supplemented by daily cash tips ranging from $4 to $7 per hour, reflecting the value placed on attentive and efficient service. Towne Park also provides benefits to both full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and additional insurance options such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine, alongside a 401k retirement savings plan, thereby supporting employees’ well-being and long-term security.
The Guest Service Associate/Valet role is integral to creating positive first impressions and lasting memories for guests. Core duties include cautious and skillful driving to park and retrieve vehicles, assisting with luggage and bell services, and providing guests with relevant information about the facility and local attractions. The role demands awareness and adherence to safety standards, accuracy in managing vehicle keys and claim checks, and clear communication regarding parking rates and procedures. Employees are supported through clear guidelines and frequent managerial oversight to maintain high service standards and ensure operational efficiency. Notably, no prior experience is required to apply, making it a welcoming opportunity for individuals entering the hospitality field or seeking to build valuable service skills. This position involves working in varied weather conditions and requires physical stamina, as tasks include lifting, carrying, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
