Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license for the state of employment
- One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to safely operate vehicles including manual transmission
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Physical ability to talk, hear, stand for extended periods, and lift/move objects up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work AM/PM shifts outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license for the state of employment
- One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong familiarity with customer service principles
- Effective communication skills in English
- Able to perform basic math calculations and operate manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to understand and use military time
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor towards all guests, co-workers, and clients
- Greet guests warmly and use their names during interactions
- Station yourself in designated areas when not performing tasks
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist guests with their luggage as needed
- Provide assistance with directions, taxi arrangements, reservations, and other inquiries while sharing information about facilities and local attractions
- Communicate parking rates and procedures to guests upon arrival
- Consistently complete all necessary documentation for vehicles in the valet system
