Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Possess valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a 7 year / 7 county criminal background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to drive a standard transmission is preferred
- Must successfully complete Defensive and Distracted Driving Courses
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
- Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods
- Must work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must follow appropriate grooming standards
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or constantly move objects
- Must have visual acuity for accurate work
- Must speak clearly to convey detailed information
- Must be able to ascend and descend two flights of stairs with urgency
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Park and retrieve vehicles
- Greet customers in a courteous manner
- Frequently communicate with customers and staff about parking, locations, and inquiries
- Manage parking area including barricades and directing traffic
- Manage wheelchair inventory to ensure availability
- Hand out claim tickets
- Manage keys
- Perform basic math without calculator
- Assist team members with other duties as assigned
