Job Description
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a world-renowned luxury hospitality company known for delivering unparalleled guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. Founded in 1960, Four Seasons has established itself as a leader in the hotel and resort industry by combining elegant accommodations, innovative amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The company operates numerous prestigious properties globally, each embodying the brand's commitment to quality, comfort, and personalized service. The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills exemplifies this commitment as a sophisticated urban oasis located in the vibrant heart of Los Angeles. This property offers guests a unique blend of refined luxury and casual tranquility, featuring beautifully appointed guestrooms, a rooftop pool surrounded by lush greenery, award-winning dining options including the renowned Culina Ristorante, and a spa designed to provide holistic wellness experiences. Positioned in one of the world's most dynamic and diverse cities, Four Seasons Los Angeles provides an exceptional base for exploring local cultural highlights such as the Hollywood Hills, Rodeo Drive shopping district, and prestigious art museums.
The role offered at Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is that of a Valet Parking Attendant, a key position within the guest services team that directly influences the first and last impressions guests receive when visiting the hotel. This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, California, offering an hourly wage of $25.00. The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for extending warm hospitality to every guest by greeting those arriving in private vehicles, assisting with vehicle parking, and managing vehicle retrieval efficiently and safely. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount, as attendants drive guest vehicles to and from the property, ensuring careful handling and vigilant monitoring for any existing or new damage. This position demands not only excellent driving skills—including the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles—but also a polished demeanor and proactive problem-solving skills to address any special guest requests or issues.
Beyond handling cars, the Valet Parking Attendant serves as a living ambassador for the Four Seasons brand, offering guests helpful information about the hotel’s amenities, local attractions, and transportation options such as taxi services. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a genuine desire to provide exemplary customer service in a luxury hospitality environment. Successful candidates will possess at least one year of prior experience in valet services within a luxury hotel or similar setting, hold a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record, and demonstrate the ability to navigate the demands of a fast-paced yet guest-focused environment.
Working at Four Seasons means joining a culture that values the Golden Rule, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where employees are empowered to thrive and deliver superior service. The company prioritizes employee well-being, offering comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, life insurance, and employee assistance programs. Additionally, career development is encouraged through excellent training programs, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within the organization. Enhanced by perks such as employee discounts at Four Seasons properties worldwide, complimentary dry cleaning for uniforms, free on-site parking, and meals during shifts, this role presents an attractive employment opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury hospitality and superior guest care.
