As a Valet Parking Attendant at this distinguished Four Seasons hotel, you are more than just a driver; you are a key member of the guest services team, enhancing the luxury experience through your dedication and professionalism. This full-time position reports directly to the Guest Services Manager and requires a person who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is paramount. Your role will include welcoming guests as they arrive, safely handling and parking their vehicles, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant departure experience. This position demands attention to detail in recording vehicle information and inspecting cars for any damage to maintain company standards and guest trust. Additionally, you will assist guests with their luggage when necessary, showcasing attentiveness and care.

The job requires availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry where exceptional service is needed round the clock. Work authorization in the United States is mandatory for employment in this role.

Job Requirements

  • Must have legal work authorization in the US
  • Must be available weekends holidays and some overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet guest arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area
  • Greet guest departing and return vehicle safely
  • Completely fill out parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details and inspect vehicle for any damage
  • Assist guest with luggage from vehicles when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized valet station
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and parking regulations
