- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests arriving by private car and assist with descending from vehicles
- Issue valet parking tickets when Door Staff is unavailable
- Create a strong and welcoming sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant, and banquet guests
- Safely park guest vehicles in the hotel or local garage following all traffic and safety regulations
- Assess and note any damage to vehicles on claim tickets before parking
- Deposit vehicle keys and tickets with the Valet Cashier
- Open hotel doors for guests and provide verbal welcomes when not parking or retrieving cars
- Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- Hail taxis for guests as needed
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and accommodate special requests
- Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries about hotel services, events, and personnel
- Retrieve guest cars promptly and safely when requested
