Our valet attendants are expected to maintain a clean-cut appearance, exhibit professional and polite behavior, and demonstrate hospitality-driven attitudes rooted in their experience within hotel and restaurant environments. We emphasize a high level of personal responsibility including a clean driving record, no criminal history, and the ability to pass a drug test. We also require our attendants to look well-groomed and professional at all times, which means no beards or visible tattoos.

Attendants will undergo a customer service test questionnaire and an interview with management to ensure they are the right fit for the position. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have no criminal record
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Willingness to undergo background and customer service screening
- Must maintain a clean-cut and well-groomed appearance
- No visible tattoos or beards allowed
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Safely receive and park guest vehicles
- Retrieve vehicles efficiently and return them to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet station and parking area
- Conduct vehicle inspections for damages and report any issues
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing any guest questions or concerns
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards
