This particular role is for a Valet position, offering an engaging entry-level opportunity ideally suited for individuals starting or returning to the workforce. The Valet will play a critical role in providing courteous, professional, and compassionate guest services, directly influencing the overall customer experience. This position operates Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM, with a competitive hourly pay starting at $12, plus tips, reflecting a balance of reliable income and supplementary earnings based on service performance. The role demands the ability to operate both standard and automatic transmissions, manage vehicle flow efficiently, and maintain an excellent rapport with guests and team members. Job Duties
- Coordinate traffic flow
- Communicate valet procedure, information and directions clearly with guests
- Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries
- Monitor illegal parking and immediately store vehicles
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Assist guests with loading and unloading
- Collect and secure guest keys
- Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
- Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times
- Accurately tally and split the tip pool
- Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments
- Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue
- Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary
- Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles safely obeying all traffic laws and facility policies
- Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates
- Keep work area clean of debris
