Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or parking operations preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently
- reliable and punctual
- basic understanding of safety and security practices

- previous experience in parking management or guest services preferred but not required
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong observational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- basic knowledge of safety and security procedures related to parking and vehicle management
- must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license with a clean record with no history of accidents or moving violations
Job Duties
- monitor the parking lot during overnight hours
- assist guests with parking needs and provide excellent customer service
- ensure the safety and security of vehicles and parking areas
- manage parking operations efficiently during night shifts
- report any incidents or issues promptly
- maintain clear and detailed records of parking activities
- comply with all safety and security procedures related to parking management
