The role of the Valet at Anthony's is critical in shaping the first and last impressions guests have when visiting the restaurant. The Valet is responsible for greeting arriving guests warmly, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with directions or any guest inquiries. They play a key role in ensuring smooth traffic flow at the entrance and maintaining an organized, efficient parking area. This position demands attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Job Requirements

A valid driver license and a clean driving record
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate proficiency in English both verbally and written
Comfortable driving all makes and models of cars in both automatic and manual transmission styles
Experience in customer service preferred
Able to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Valid driver license with a clean driving record
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in English both verbal and written
Ability to operate all makes and models of cars with both automatic and manual transmission
Physically able to perform duties involving running, lifting, and bending

Job Duties

Effectively and efficiently park customer vehicles
Return customer vehicles upon request in a timely fashion
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help
Use and maintain equipment properly, including keeping equipment clean
Have the ability to work on your own with normal supervision
Observe safety precautions at all times
Perform all other duties as assigned
