The hiring establishment is a reputable Medical Center dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients and visitors. As a vital part of the Medical Center team, this role focuses on maintaining safety, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring organized traffic and pedestrian flow within the facility. This position primarily involves engaging with guests by greeting them warmly and assisting with their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining clear and safe areas for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic, contributing to the smooth operation of the Medical Center's day-to-day activities. Payment collection and securing cash and keys are among the administrative duties you will perform. The role also requires driving golf carts on request, demonstrating your ability to manage various operational tasks. To succeed, you must be willing to complete mandatory training programs promptly and be ready to assist other departments as per management's requests.
The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record and be capable of driving a manual transmission vehicle where needed. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional communication, and team-building abilities are essential qualities. Mathematical skills are helpful, particularly for processing payments. Exposure to dynamic work conditions, including extreme weather and vehicle fumes, necessitates resilience and adaptability. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects up to 50 pounds is also required. Preferred qualifications include being a Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS), highlighting the center's commitment to serving a diverse community.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Clean driving record for five years
- Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions
- Exposure to the risk of blood borne diseases
- Exposure to vehicle fumes
- Frequent exposure to extreme heat, cold, rain and smog
- Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Must communicate professionally and be willing to assist anyone
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Adheres to the Medical Center standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building
- Responsible for greeting guests with a helpful and caring attitude
- Responsible for maintaining a clear and safe area for pedestrian and vehicular traffic
- Completes all forms and documents correctly
- Collects payments and secures cash and keys if required
- Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center and Department training requirements
- Drives golf cart as requested
- Performs other duties as requested by management
