We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Valet Attendant to join our front-of-house team. This role is pivotal in setting the first and lasting impressions of guests as they arrive and depart the property. The Valet Attendant will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, handling and parking their vehicles safely, and ensuring a seamless and courteous service process aligned with the established guest service protocols. Compensation for this hourly role ranges from $16.90 to $18.00, reflecting the importance of the position and the expectation of high-quality performance.

The work schedule varies and may require availability on weekends and holidays, reflecting the hospitality industry's commitment to guest service round the clock.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Park guest vehicles and retrieve valet-parked guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner
  • use claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery of vehicles
  • grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, luggage or boxes up to 75 lbs. from cars, buses and vans, placing packages and luggage onto baggage carts or in a secure area for retrieval by bell staff
  • read luggage tags and provide claim tickets to ensure appropriate delivery
  • practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
  • perform other duties as requested by management
