Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving property
  • monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and smooth flow
  • provide guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions
  • monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or security issues to management
  • maintain security of vehicles and keys
  • communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • follow company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • speak clearly and professionally
  • answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • support team goals
  • comply with quality assurance expectations
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • perform other job duties as requested
