Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving property
- monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and smooth flow
- provide guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions
- monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and report hazards or security issues to management
- maintain security of vehicles and keys
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- follow company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- speak clearly and professionally
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- comply with quality assurance expectations
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- perform other job duties as requested
