This position plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards The Ritz-Carlton is famous for by managing the safe and efficient flow of guest and commercial vehicles on the property. As a professional responsible for opening doors and assisting guests, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring their arrival and departure are smooth and hassle-free. You will be expected to monitor vehicle traffic, provide accurate directions and information about property amenities and local attractions, and maintain the cleanliness and security of parking areas. This role requires vigilance in identifying and reporting safety hazards or unauthorized personnel to management. Maintaining a high level of security over vehicles and keys is also a critical responsibility.

Job Duties

  • Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving property
