- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver license
- ability to drive manual transmission and parallel park
- clean driving record
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical ability to assist with luggage and perform duties outdoors
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guest cars in a safe manner and in accordance with hotel standards
- deliver suitcases, packages and documents as requested
- keep record of calls for service
- greet guests at front door or car upon arrival
- escort incoming and outgoing hotel guests to and from rooms, assist with luggage, and offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- assist in de-icing of pavement, sidewalks, and other areas as applicable
- remove ice from guests windshields, provide umbrellas as necessary
- maintain the image of the hotel by appearing presentable, well-groomed and in pressed uniform
- maintain safety and security of guests and team members at all times, and in all weather conditions in regard to the valet parking areas
- drive shuttles as needed
