  • ability to drive manual transmission and parallel park

  • physical ability to assist with luggage and perform duties outdoors

Job Duties

  • Park and retrieve guest cars in a safe manner and in accordance with hotel standards
  • deliver suitcases, packages and documents as requested
  • keep record of calls for service
  • greet guests at front door or car upon arrival
  • escort incoming and outgoing hotel guests to and from rooms, assist with luggage, and offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
  • assist in de-icing of pavement, sidewalks, and other areas as applicable
  • remove ice from guests windshields, provide umbrellas as necessary
  • maintain the image of the hotel by appearing presentable, well-groomed and in pressed uniform
  • maintain safety and security of guests and team members at all times, and in all weather conditions in regard to the valet parking areas
  • drive shuttles as needed
