Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Effective communication and strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand walk or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift
- Capacity to move lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
- Move over sloping uneven or slippery surfaces as well as up and down service ramp
- Reach overhead and below the knees including bending twisting pulling and stooping
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival providing a welcoming atmosphere
- Open vehicle doors and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicle
- Provide luggage assistance when needed and ensure guests belongings are handled with care
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner according to standard operating procedures
- Offer guests information about the resort amenities local attractions and transportation options
- Remain attentive to VIPs group arrivals and special guest requests
- Provide directions and respond to general inquiries with confidence and professionalism
