Job Requirements

  • At least one year in customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Valid driver's license with no infractions for at least 6 months
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Ability to stand and run for full shifts
  • Strong desire to impact others positively
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Pleasant and helpful personality

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with no infractions for at least 6 months
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and engaging with them
  • Open car doors and assist with luggage as guests arrive
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles promptly and safely
  • Assist guests with securing alternative transportation when needed
  • Collaborate with other valet attendants to ensure personalized guest experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area
  • Exceed guest expectations by going beyond standard duties
