Job Description

Singer Drivers Club (SDC) is a premier private motorsport and lifestyle club nestled at the legendary Willow Springs Raceway in the Mojave Desert, California. Established near one of the fastest, most challenging road courses in the western United States, the club offers members unparalleled access to six renowned racing circuits. Since its inception in 1953, Willow Springs Raceway has stood as a beacon for motorsport enthusiasts and professionals alike. Singer Drivers Club embodies a high-performance ethos combined with refined luxury, offering its community a unique blend of raw speed, expert coaching, exquisite cuisine, and expansive outdoor activities. As a member-focused club, SDC emphasizes personalized service, elite automotive experiences, and an environment that fosters authentic camaraderie among members who share a passion for driving and adventure.

Founded to elevate private club standards, Singer Drivers Club holds a prestigious place amongst a select group of extraordinary destinations, including Yellowstone Club, Moonlight Basin, Spanish Peaks, and Crazy Mountain Ranch. These exclusive communities represent the pinnacle of private club lifestyles, offering members access to exceptional amenities and unique experiences. This makes SDC not only a hub for motorsport excellence but also a gateway to a broad network of high-end clubs and lifestyle opportunities across the country.

The role of Valet Manager at Singer Drivers Club is a vital leadership position responsible for managing the club’s trackside valet operations with impeccable professionalism and attention to detail. The Valet Manager is the face of first and last impressions, ensuring that members are greeted with warm, discreet, and efficient service. This role requires overseeing a diverse range of vehicles, from daily drivers to rare seven-figure exotic cars, managing vehicle staging, retrieval, and thorough care protocols to maintain the utmost discretion and safety.

In this capacity, the Valet Manager leads and develops a high-performing team by building robust training programs and operating a seamless valet management system. They are accountable for the full operational scope — from managing schedules and coverage for member days and events to supervising fleet maintenance and cleanliness. Administrative responsibilities include budgeting, labor optimization, KPI tracking across daily, monthly, and quarterly intervals, and managing payroll and service charge oversight. The manager also plays a critical role in risk mitigation by enforcing damage prevention protocols and responding promptly to incidents.

This is a position demanding strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a genuine passion for luxury and precision automotive care. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of high-performance and exotic vehicles, enabling them to handle these cars with confidence, skill, and care. They must exhibit anticipatory hospitality, remembering member preferences and ensuring vehicles are ready without prompt. Collaboration with the concierge, events team, and property services is essential for delivering a holistic member experience.

Located in a remote desert setting, this full-time, benefits-eligible position requires flexibility for weekend, holiday, and event-day availability as well as adherence to strict club grooming and appearance standards. Reporting to the Director of Driver Coaching and Outdoor Pursuits, the Valet Manager role offers an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving motorsport lifestyle institution, shaping the future of elite private club experiences in a truly iconic environment.
