Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years management or supervisory experience in the service industry
  • Experience in leading workforce teams of both professional and frontline employees
  • Experience in financial reporting and budget responsibility
  • Aptitude to remain calm in busy situations

Job Duties

  • Review and establish operational guidelines, security, cash control, and customer service procedures to meet and exceed standards
  • Strong financial management of budgets and goals, leading the operation from valet ramp to balance sheet
  • Ensure systems are operational 24/7
  • Set a positive and professional example for the workforce
  • Maintain the cosmetic appearance near company branded stations with superior attention to detail
  • Assign specific tasks to staff according to rotation sequence
  • Promote confident staff through mentorship on hotel services, features, and amenities
  • Interact positively with customers and resolve issues to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing personnel as necessary
