Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- flexible schedule based on business needs
- successfully pass a background and driving record check
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner
- communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally
- open car and hotel doors for guests as well as assist with coats and luggage
- offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
- retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently
- maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards
- ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- support team members during busy periods or special events
- follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles
- report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately
- perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
- maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of clients and AAA Parking
- go above and beyond to assist guests and exceed their expectations
