We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor for our Tampa, Florida location. This role is integral to maintaining smooth and efficient operations at our parking facilities. The Shift Supervisor will oversee the scheduling and supervision of all shift cashiers, ensuring that operations run in compliance with the city regulations and SP Plus policies. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal support system for both patrons and employees, facilitating excellent customer service and operational accountability.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $23.00, inclusive of an estimated tip amount, reflecting our competitive compensation package. In this role, you will be responsible for supervision and coordination of cashier shifts, ensuring an adequate number of exit lanes remain open based on city requirements and prevailing conditions. You will also oversee the maintenance and supply management of cashier terminals, monitor and verify atypical transactions, and review the adherence to policies and procedures among contractors’ supervisors and cashiers. The role demands excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to maintain operational excellence.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid state-issued driver’s license if required to drive company vehicle
- proficiency in English
- minimum one year of customer service experience
- preferred experience in public parking operations
- strong time management abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- license requirement: valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle
- proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- at least one year customer service experience
- at least one year work experience in public parking operation preferred
- excellent time management skills
Job Duties
- Supervision and coordination of scheduling of all shift cashiers
- providing assistance to patrons and employees as needed
- ensuring that an appropriate number of exit lanes are open at all times as required by the city and the current conditions
- responsible for care of cashier terminals including monitoring supplies and reporting equipment malfunctions
- responsible for verification of specific transactions required (abnormal, not documented, etc.)
- responsible for review of contractor’s supervisor and cashier policies and procedures
