Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current driver license
- DMV 10-year report
- Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary work cards including Alcohol Awareness card
- Ability to maintain physical stamina and mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, lift, and push/pull
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar customer service role preferred
- Ability to write legibly
- Functional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in team environments
- Ability to remain organized and calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests on arrival and departure
- Work closely with valet staff to ensure timely vehicle drop off and pick up
- Accurately file guest vehicle keys
- Issue and retrieve parking tickets
- Maintain an organized transaction log
- Monitor and restock supplies
- Ensure the valet booth remains clean and organized
- Answer phones and assist as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
