As a Valet Attendant at AAA Parking, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in creating a memorable and seamless experience. Valet Attendants must maintain AAA Parking’s uniform and appearance standards while keeping the valet area tidy and inviting. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Experience in hospitality or high-end customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as AAA Parking provides a supportive environment for learning and growth. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
  • Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Successfully pass a background and driving record check

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner
  • Communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally
  • Open car and hotel doors for guests as well as assist with coats and luggage
  • Offer information about the services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
  • Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
  • Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
  • Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to AAA Parking's uniform and appearance standards
  • Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
  • Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
  • Support team members during busy periods or special events
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately
  • Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Reflect impeccable grooming and professional appearance
  • A genuine desire to assist guests, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
