Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements such as lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds and carrying up to 10 pounds
- Flexible schedule based on business needs including weekends
- Successfully pass a background and driving record check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner
- Communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally
- Open car and hotel doors for guests and assist with coats and luggage
- Offer information about hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet ticket properly and conduct vehicle damage check
- Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently
- Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance adhering to uniform standards
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and vehicles
- Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to the supervisor immediately
- Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
- Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude
- Maintain impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Go above and beyond to assist guests and exceed their expectations
