Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Successful completion of background and driving record checks
- Physical ability to stand 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift
- Ability to collaborate well within a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
- Communicate effectively and professionally with guests
- Open car and hotel doors, assist with coats and luggage
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
- Fill out valet tickets and conduct vehicle damage checks
- Retrieve and park vehicles efficiently
- Maintain organized and secure management of keys
- Maintain clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Keep valet area clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with hotel staff and colleagues to coordinate operations
- Support team during busy periods and special events
- Follow safety protocols and security guidelines
- Report accidents or incidents immediately
- Perform routine inspections of valet area and equipment
- Uphold AAA's Attitude, Appearance, and Assistance standards
