ABM is one of the world’s largest providers of facility services and solutions, recognized for its commitment to creating cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable spaces. Established in 1909, ABM has grown into a global company serving over 20,000 clients with an annualized revenue of nearly $8 billion. Employing more than 100,000 team members across 350+ offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and additional international locations, ABM delivers comprehensive services ranging from janitorial and engineering to parking, electrical and lighting, HVAC, energy infrastructure, landscape maintenance, and mission-critical solutions. With a diverse client portfolio that includes commercial office buildings, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and entertainment venues, ABM continues to be a leader in facility management and performance optimization.
The Valet position at ABM offers an excellent opportunity for individuals entering or returning to the workforce, including military veterans and candidates with a military background, thanks to the company’s military-friendly policies and robust support for transitioning service members. This role is full-time with shift hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, and offers a pay rate starting at $12.50 per hour. ABM also provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
As a Valet at ABM, you will provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services, ensuring smooth traffic coordination, safe vehicle operation, and a positive guest experience. The role involves managing traffic flow, communicating clearly with guests about valet procedures, monitoring parking to prevent illegal spots, and storing vehicles securely. You will also assist guests with loading and unloading their vehicles, collect and secure guest keys, and handle various valet payment transactions while accurately reconciling daily revenues and managing currency supplies.
This position requires the ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles safely and in accordance with all traffic and facility regulations. It involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your role is crucial in anticipating traffic peaks, arranging additional support during busy times, and ensuring an efficient valet service that reflects ABM’s standards of excellence.
ABM values diversity and inclusion and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. The company participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility. Joining ABM as a Valet means becoming part of a reputable, stable, and innovative organization where your skills and efforts contribute to the seamless operation of high-profile facilities and the satisfaction of their guests.
