Job Description

ABM is a leading global provider of integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions, serving a diverse range of market sectors including commercial real estate, aviation, education, mission critical, manufacturing, and distribution. The company prides itself on delivering innovative technologies and sustainable solutions that empower clients to meet their operational goals efficiently. As a military-friendly employer, ABM actively supports veterans and candidates with military experience, offering them access to world-class training programs and numerous career opportunities across the organization.

The Valet role at ABM is an excellent opportunity for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience. Valets will provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment guests arrive. This position requires candidates to be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate the ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles. Valets are responsible for coordinating traffic flow, communicating clearly with guests about valet procedures, and addressing any inquiries from customers or team members effectively.

Working as a valet at ABM involves safely operating, parking, and retrieving vehicles according to all traffic laws, facility policies, and pedestrian regulations. The role includes assisting guests with loading and unloading, collecting and securing keys, and monitoring illegal parking issues. Valet employees play a critical role in maintaining smooth traffic flow, anticipating peak times, and ensuring adequate support during extended wait periods. Valets also manage daily financial transactions by accurately tallying and splitting tip pools, receiving various forms of valet payments, and reconciling daily revenue reports.

This outdoor role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods, maintaining a clean work area free of debris and clutter. ABM values diversity and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the application process. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package to its frontline employees, supporting health, financial security, and overall well-being.
