Job Duties

  • oversee daily valet operations ensuring high-quality guest service
  • hire, train, supervise, and when necessary, discipline or terminate valet associates
  • manage scheduling, payroll, client relations, and billing for private events
  • ensure associates are compliant with training, certification, and onboarding requirements
  • maintain accurate records of revenue, car counts, tip claims, and timecards
  • resolve guest issues promptly maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere
  • handle key management and ensure proper vehicle parking and retrieval with care
